Service of Process (SOP) Classifications and Pricing
(a) By-Appointment Service: $50 This Service is considered easy! The person or entity to be served is aware of the service and will be expecting a process server to deliver the papers by appointment or within the time period as required by law.
(b) Standard Service: $60 The person or entity to be served is not aware of the service; however the client is able to furnish current information of the person or entity for service, in addition to a physical description of the person to be served and vehicle description. A current residence and work address, schedule, description of the person and their vehicle is required.
(c) Difficult Service: $100 and up The address information may not be current and the client is not able to give a good description of the person to serve, or their vehicle. We may recommend running a skip trace prior to attempting service. The client will be notified when their service is considered a Difficult Serve after attempting service(s), or merely during the initial telephone conversation with the client.
(d) Deliberately Evading / Avoiding Service of Process:Rate:Hourly
Very few people enjoy getting served. For some, their intentions may be to deliberately avoid or evade service of process. WE ARE THE EXPERTS! So far, we have a 100% (personal) Service of Process record when dealing with those who wish not to be served. Other Fee?s: The client is responsible for all expenses incurred during and after their papers were served. Typically, we do not charge for fuel, however a fuel fee could be added to your service.
